Terms
By using TimerMaker (timermaker.com) you agree to these terms. They are written to be read; if something is unclear, write to support@timermaker.com.
Using TimerMaker
TimerMaker is free to use for personal, classroom and commercial purposes. We may change or stop parts of it at any time.
Your photos, videos and music
You are responsible for the files you use and for the videos you make with them, including having the right to use them. Your files and videos stay on your device; we don't receive, keep or share them. Don't use TimerMaker to make anything illegal.
Videos you make
Videos made with Save as video are yours to use, subject to the rights in the files you put in them. They carry a small timermaker.com watermark. The watermark only shows that the video was made with this tool; it doesn't mean we made, checked or approve of the video.
Shared links
A shared link is public: anyone who has it can open it. Don't put anything in a timer's name or step names that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or that you don't want others to see. Text with web addresses can't be shared. We may hide the text of a shared timer, or remove the link, at any time, for example after a report.
Our media and sounds
You may use the sounds, voices, photos, videos and music that TimerMaker provides in the timers and videos you make, including videos you publish. Don't sell or share them on their own as separate files. See Copyright to report a problem with any of them.
No guarantees
TimerMaker is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we can't promise it will always be available, correct, or that a sound will always play (for example, when a device is muted or a browser stops a page in the background). Don't rely on it where a missed alert could cause harm. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use TimerMaker after a change means you accept it.
