Privacy
TimerMaker (timermaker.com) is a free set of online timers. This page explains what we keep and where. If you have a question, write to support@timermaker.com.
No accounts, no tracking
You don't sign up. We don't use cookies, analytics or ads, and we don't sell or share data with anyone for marketing.
What stays in your browser
Your settings, the timers you save in My Timers, and the photos and videos you choose as backgrounds are kept in your own browser on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers. They stay there until you clear your browsing data; use Back up on My Timers to keep a copy.
Videos you make with Save as video are made in your browser too. They are never sent to us.
When you share a timer
When you choose Share, we store that timer's settings (times, sounds, colors, text style) and the name and step names you wrote, and give you a link. Your own photos, videos and music are never included. Anyone with the link can open it. Links are kept indefinitely so they keep working; to have one removed, send us the link.
When you report a shared timer
We keep the reason, the time and the text that was hidden. We don't keep anything about who sent the report.
Services that handle visitor data
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores shared timers and reports. Like any web host, it keeps access logs, which include IP addresses.
IP addresses are used only to stop abuse (for example, too many links in a short time) and are kept only as long as that needs.
Your choices
You can clear everything TimerMaker keeps in your browser by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. To ask about or remove a shared link, write to support@timermaker.com.
